People
Meribel staff consists entirely of Javanese people who have been trained
in the JAKARTA AND SEMARANG under a program created and supervised
by INDONESIAN government body, brings Them skills and understanding
of wood to bear in the design and construction of the Meribel range
of furniture.
The
Woods
Extensive teak and mahogany plantations on the island of Java, Kalimantan
and Sumatera. The plantations were managed by Government Department
of forestry known as the ‘PERHUTANI’. supported by foreign
re-forestation programs.

With a focus on wooden furniture comprising two main categories :
High quality and General Quality, Meribel produces a range of furniture
to suit of various tastes and demands. From antique replicas to special
orders, from well designed garden furniture to many other outdoor
products, as well as complementary wooden accessories and decorative
